There are three types of holiday homes: villas, townhouses, and villas. The villas have four bedrooms located in the first row from the beach and have a private pool. The units go for KES. 80 million. If you are buying for investment, the unit can fetch you KES. 80,000 during the low season and KES. 100, 000 during the high holiday season.
For townhouses, we have three- and four-bedroom units, with prices starting KES. 38 million. They come with modern amenities and a range of luxury features. All homes have backyards and private parking. The units also have access to a community pool. During the low season, the daily rental rate is KES 40,000 and KES 45,000 during the high season.
Lastly, for apartments, buyers have the option to choose one-, two- or three-bedroom units with varying ocean views. Prices start from KES. 12 million.
